Dropoff at the downtown shop is available by appointment as well as local pickup. 

• Precision Sharpening - $12
  • Using traditional sharpening stone to create a durable long lasting edge. This is appropriate for traditional Japanese knives or refined knives.
• Knives 6" and under - $6
  • Create a durable sharp edge using a convex grind. 
• Knives over 6" - Starting at $8
  • Create a durable sharp edge using a convex grind. 
• Fillet Knives - $12
  • Fillet knives are sharpened to a fine polished edge. While maintaining the effective geometry required for easy cutting. 
• Knife Repair - Starting at $10
  • Chipped blades, broken tips, and other damage can be repaired.

Non Knife sharpening is also available, your tools will work longer and produce cleaner results with out expert maintenance.
